SaveNeighbor Terms of Service

1. What SaveNeighbor Is

SaveNeighbor is a relationship-based platform for connection and coordination. It helps users connect and coordinate with people and organizations they choose, including friends, family members, neighbors, delivery workers, local helpers, requesters, restaurants, and restaurant helper networks.

Users may use SaveNeighbor to request or coordinate local help, including pickups, deliveries, errands, and related tasks.

SaveNeighbor may facilitate introductions, communications, requests, request broadcasts, acceptance, status updates, and coordination between users. Users decide whether to connect, whether to enter into an arrangement, and how the underlying help will be provided.

SaveNeighbor is designed around user-created and user-selected networks. It is not designed as a public marketplace that automatically assigns random service providers to users.

References to “trusted” users, connections, helpers, or networks describe relationships selected or accepted by users. They do not mean that SaveNeighbor has investigated, endorsed, certified, guaranteed, or independently determined that a person or organization is trustworthy, safe, qualified, insured, or suitable.

2. SaveNeighbor’s Role

SaveNeighbor provides technology that enables users to connect, communicate, and coordinate. SaveNeighbor is not a party to agreements or arrangements made between users unless SaveNeighbor expressly states otherwise.

SaveNeighbor does not provide, supervise, direct, or control the underlying delivery, errand, pickup, transportation, restaurant, or other local-help services arranged between users.

SaveNeighbor does not determine:

• whether a user should accept or perform a request;
• how, when, or by what means a user travels;
• what route a user takes;
• what equipment or vehicle a user uses;
• whether users agree to a tip, reimbursement, or other compensation;
• how the underlying task is performed; or
• whether a user is legally or professionally qualified to perform a particular activity.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions, conduct, agreements, expenses, equipment, transportation choices, and legal obligations.

3. What SaveNeighbor Is Not

Unless SaveNeighbor expressly states otherwise, SaveNeighbor is not:

• a delivery company;
• a courier or transportation company;
• a passenger carrier or livery service;
• a central dispatch office or for-hire vehicle base;
• a transportation network company;
• an employer, joint employer, agent, partner, or representative of any user;
• a restaurant, merchant, food-preparation business, or ordering platform;
• a payment processor for restaurant orders or user-to-user payments;
• an insurer or insurance broker;
• a background-check, identity-verification, or professional-licensing provider; or
• a guarantor that any request will be accepted, completed, safe, lawful, timely, satisfactory, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes a user to engage in conduct that requires a license, permit, registration, insurance policy, affiliation, approval, or other legal authority the user does not possess.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or use SaveNeighbor.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not use the Service.

If you use SaveNeighbor for a business or organization, you represent that the business or organization is legally formed where required and that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

You may not use SaveNeighbor if you have previously been suspended or removed unless SaveNeighbor gives you written permission to return.

5. Accounts and Account Security

You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• keep your account information reasonably current;
• maintain the security of your login credentials;
• use only accounts you are authorized to use;
• not impersonate another person, restaurant, business, or organization;
• not transfer, sell, rent, or share your account improperly; and
• notify SaveNeighbor promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

SaveNeighbor may communicate with you through the Service or through the email address, telephone number, push-notification settings, or other contact information associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping that information current.

6. Trusted Connections, Invitations, and Networks

Users are responsible for deciding whom to invite, accept, connect with, trust, request help from, provide help to, retain, or remove.

An invitation, invitation link, QR code, connection request, profile, restaurant helper invitation, or other connection feature does not automatically establish trust, employment, agency, qualification, insurance coverage, or a legal relationship between users.

SaveNeighbor does not guarantee that:

• the intended person will receive or use an invitation;
• the person using an invitation link or QR code is the intended recipient;
• a connection will remain active;
• a connected user will be available;
• a connected user will accept a request; or
• any user-provided profile information is complete or accurate.

Users should independently evaluate the people and organizations with whom they choose to interact.

7. Arrangements Between Users

Any agreement concerning a request, delivery, errand, pickup, tip, reimbursement, schedule, method of performance, or other local help is made directly between the participating users.

Users are independently responsible for:

• deciding whether to enter into an arrangement;
• communicating relevant expectations and instructions;
• determining whether the requested activity is lawful and appropriate;
• determining whether they possess the necessary ability, equipment, insurance, licenses, permits, or other qualifications;
• performing their obligations;
• resolving disagreements; and
• paying any applicable taxes, expenses, fees, or other obligations arising from their conduct.

SaveNeighbor does not employ helpers or couriers and does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint-venture, fiduciary, or similar relationship between SaveNeighbor and any user.

Users may separately form relationships with one another that carry their own legal consequences. SaveNeighbor is not responsible for determining or managing those relationships.

8. Requests and Local Help

Users may create or respond to requests involving pickups, deliveries, errands, and other permitted local help.

Users agree to provide truthful and reasonably complete request information and to communicate material instructions, limitations, hazards, access restrictions, costs, and changes that another participating user would reasonably need to know.

Users may decide whether to create, accept, decline, cancel, continue, or complete a request, subject to the app flow and any commitments they make directly to another user.

A request’s appearance in the Service does not mean that SaveNeighbor has reviewed, approved, verified, or endorsed the request.

Users must not create, accept, perform, or assist with requests involving unlawful, dangerous, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-violating conduct.

9. Restaurants and Restaurant Helper Networks

Restaurants and other merchants may use SaveNeighbor to create profiles, display information, publish menus or ordering information, invite helpers, maintain helper networks, and make those networks available for eligible customer requests.

Restaurant names, menus, prices, hours, ordering methods, availability, preparation times, and other information may be supplied by restaurants or obtained from sources believed to be reliable. SaveNeighbor does not guarantee that this information is complete, accurate, or current.

A restaurant helper network is a connection and coordination feature. Unless the restaurant and helper separately establish another relationship:

• SaveNeighbor does not employ or supervise the helper;
• SaveNeighbor does not make the helper an employee or agent of the restaurant;
• SaveNeighbor does not guarantee that a helper will be available or accept a request; and
• the restaurant and helper remain responsible for determining the nature of their own relationship and obligations.

Restaurants are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their profiles, menus, ordering information, invitations, representations, and business operations.

10. Food Delivery and Restaurant Orders

When a request involves food or restaurant pickup, the requester is responsible for placing and prepaying the restaurant order directly with the restaurant or its chosen ordering provider, unless SaveNeighbor expressly introduces another option.

SaveNeighbor does not:

• prepare or sell the food;
• place the restaurant order;
• receive or process payment for the restaurant order;
• set restaurant prices;
• control restaurant preparation;
• guarantee restaurant availability;
• guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or condition of food;
• guarantee that an order will be ready at a particular time; or
• resolve restaurant-order refunds or disputes.

The requester should not place or prepay the restaurant order until a helper has accepted the delivery request when required by the SaveNeighbor workflow.

A helper should not begin the food-delivery portion of a request until the requester has confirmed through the applicable workflow that the restaurant order has been placed and prepaid where required.

Restaurants, requesters, and helpers are responsible for communicating about substitutions, delays, pickup instructions, access, food-handling concerns, and other order-specific issues.

11. Tips, Reimbursements, and Compensation

Unless SaveNeighbor expressly introduces an in-app payment feature, any tip, reimbursement, payment, or compensation arrangement is made directly between the participating users outside SaveNeighbor.

SaveNeighbor does not:

• set or require a particular tip or payment;
• collect, hold, transmit, or distribute user-to-user payments;
• guarantee that a user will pay;
• guarantee that a user will be reimbursed;
• enforce private payment agreements; or
• resolve disputes involving cash or third-party payment services.

Users are responsible for confirming payment details and using payment methods they consider appropriate. Third-party payment services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Any references within SaveNeighbor to tips, preferred payment methods, reimbursement, or compensation are provided to facilitate communication and do not make SaveNeighbor a party to the payment arrangement.

12. Motor Vehicles, Insurance, and Passenger Transportation

Use of Motor Vehicles. If you use a motor vehicle to provide delivery, errand, pickup, transportation, or other services coordinated through SaveNeighbor (“Motor Vehicle Services”), you are solely responsible for satisfying all insurance, licensing, registration, inspection, permitting, and operating requirements applicable to you, your vehicle, and the services you provide.

SaveNeighbor does not require or direct a user to use a motor vehicle. Users independently select their means of travel and are responsible for determining whether that means of travel is lawful, insured, appropriately licensed, and suitable for their activities.

Passenger Transportation and Livery Services. If you transport, offer to transport, or agree to transport passengers for direct or indirect compensation, including tips or other consideration, you may do so through SaveNeighbor only when legally authorized. Where applicable, you must:

1. hold the appropriate driver’s license and any required taxi, limousine, livery, chauffeur, for-hire, or similar license;
2. use a properly registered, inspected, insured, and licensed vehicle;
3. register or maintain an active affiliation with a licensed central dispatch office, transportation network, for-hire vehicle base, dispatcher, or other authorized transportation provider when required;
4. obtain and maintain all permits, registrations, endorsements, and approvals required by the jurisdictions in which you operate; and
5. comply with all applicable dispatch, fare, recordkeeping, accessibility, safety, and operating requirements.

Continuing Representation. Each time you accept or perform a Motor Vehicle Service, you represent that you and your vehicle satisfy these requirements. You must immediately stop providing affected services if any required insurance, license, registration, inspection, affiliation, permit, or authorization expires, is cancelled, is suspended, becomes restricted, or otherwise ceases to be valid.

SaveNeighbor’s Role. SaveNeighbor provides technology for connection and coordination. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SaveNeighbor does not provide automobile insurance, act as an insurer, employ drivers, own or control vehicles, operate a passenger transportation or livery service, or serve as a central dispatch office, for-hire vehicle base, transportation network company, or other licensed transportation provider. SaveNeighbor does not guarantee that any insurance policy will cover a particular activity, accident, claim, driver, vehicle, passenger, or service.

13. Legal Compliance, Licenses, and Insurance

Users are independently responsible for identifying and satisfying the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to their own activities.

Depending on the activity and jurisdiction, these requirements may include:

• licenses;
• permits;
• registrations;
• inspections;
• insurance;
• professional qualifications;
• vehicle requirements;
• dispatch or business affiliations;
• food-handling rules;
• tax obligations;
• accessibility requirements;
• employment or independent-contractor requirements; and
• consumer-protection obligations.

SaveNeighbor does not grant legal authority to perform any activity. Access to the Service, acceptance of a request, or the absence of enforcement action by SaveNeighbor does not establish that a user is legally qualified, properly insured, or otherwise authorized.

Each time a user creates, accepts, or performs a request, the user represents that the user may lawfully participate in the activity and has satisfied the requirements applicable to that user’s conduct.

14. User Content

“User Content” includes profiles, photographs, names, descriptions, restaurant information, menus, request details, locations, instructions, messages, notes, availability information, payment preferences, status updates, and other information submitted through the Service.

You retain ownership of User Content you own. You grant SaveNeighbor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting or technical purposes, display, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Service.

You represent that:

• you own or have permission to submit the User Content;
• the User Content is reasonably accurate and not misleading;
• the User Content does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights; and
• SaveNeighbor’s permitted use of the User Content will not violate applicable law.

You may not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise rights-violating content.

SaveNeighbor may remove, restrict, or decline to display User Content in accordance with these Terms.

15. Location, Address, and Routing Information

SaveNeighbor may collect, process, or display pickup addresses, drop-off addresses, approximate locations, access instructions, and related information to users involved in a request.

Users are responsible for providing accurate location and access information and for deciding whether it is appropriate to share a particular address or instruction.

SaveNeighbor may provide links to or integrate with third-party map, navigation, or location services. SaveNeighbor does not control or guarantee:

• map accuracy;
• routing;
• travel times;
• traffic information;
• building access;
• property conditions;
• the safety or legality of a suggested route; or
• the continued availability of a third-party mapping service.

Users are responsible for observing actual conditions, posted restrictions, traffic laws, property rules, and safety considerations.

16. Safety and User Interactions

SaveNeighbor does not guarantee the identity, reliability, honesty, conduct, safety, legality, availability, ability, insurance, or suitability of any user, restaurant, business, request, connection, or arrangement.

Users are responsible for evaluating their interactions and taking reasonable precautions. Users should not accept or continue a request they believe is illegal, unsafe, misleading, materially different from its description, or beyond their ability.

If circumstances become unsafe, users should prioritize their immediate safety and contact emergency services or appropriate authorities when necessary. SaveNeighbor is not an emergency-response service and should not be used as a substitute for police, fire, medical, roadside-assistance, or other emergency services.

Users should report suspected misuse or serious safety concerns to SaveNeighbor at support@saveneighbor.com. Reporting an issue does not guarantee a particular investigation, response, or outcome.

17. No Background Checks, Vetting, or Verification

Unless SaveNeighbor expressly states otherwise for a particular feature, SaveNeighbor does not conduct or guarantee:

• criminal background checks;
• identity verification;
• employment verification;
• driving-record checks;
• vehicle inspections;
• insurance verification;
• professional-license verification;
• immigration or work-authorization verification;
• restaurant-license verification; or
• continuing monitoring of a user’s qualifications or legal status.

Profile information, connection status, delivery history, restaurant-network membership, availability, and other information displayed through the Service should not be treated as a professional credential or SaveNeighbor endorsement.

SaveNeighbor may choose to request, review, or verify information in particular circumstances. Doing so does not create a general obligation to investigate, monitor, or verify every user or representation.

18. Privacy and Data

SaveNeighbor’s collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are also governed by its Privacy Policy, where applicable.

Users may receive information about other users only for legitimate purposes connected to the Service. Users may not collect, retain, publish, sell, disclose, scrape, misuse, or use another user’s personal information for unrelated, unauthorized, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.

Users must not disclose another person’s private address, contact information, payment information, request history, photographs, or other personal information without authorization or a lawful basis.

19. License to Use SaveNeighbor

Subject to these Terms, SaveNeighbor grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.

Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code;
• interfere with the Service’s security or operation;
• bypass access controls or account restrictions;
• access the Service through unauthorized automated methods;
• scrape or systematically collect Service or user data;
• create a competing dataset from SaveNeighbor content; or
• use SaveNeighbor’s trademarks, branding, designs, or content without authorization.

SaveNeighbor and its licensors retain all rights in the Service not expressly granted to users.

20. Acceptable Use

You may not use SaveNeighbor to create, request, advertise, coordinate, assist, encourage, or participate in:

• illegal goods or services;
• weapons transactions or dangerous materials;
• controlled substances or unlawful drug activity;
• theft, fraud, deception, or impersonation;
• stalking, harassment, threats, intimidation, or abuse;
• exploitation or endangerment of minors or vulnerable people;
• trafficking, sexual exploitation, or unlawful sexual services;
• discrimination prohibited by law;
• property damage or trespassing;
• unauthorized surveillance or collection of personal information;
• spam, phishing, malware, or account abuse;
• infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• unsafe or unlawful transportation activity;
• requests involving goods a user is not legally permitted to possess, transport, purchase, or deliver; or
• any other activity that violates applicable law or another person’s legal rights.

Users may not misuse invitations, QR codes, restaurant helper networks, trusted-connection features, broadcasts, notifications, accounts, requests, reporting tools, or user data.

This list is not exhaustive. SaveNeighbor may maintain additional rules or prohibit other uses that create legal, operational, security, or safety risks.

21. Moderation, Reporting, and Account Restrictions

SaveNeighbor may, but is not obligated to, review, investigate, verify, restrict, block, remove, decline, suspend, or terminate:

• accounts;
• requests;
• broadcasts;
• connections;
• invitations;
• QR codes;
• restaurant profiles;
• helper-network access;
• User Content;
• communications;
• or access to particular features.

SaveNeighbor may take these actions when it reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms, created risk, misused the Service, infringed another person’s rights, exposed SaveNeighbor or others to potential harm, or when action is otherwise necessary to operate or protect the Service.

SaveNeighbor may act with or without advance notice where permitted by law.

SaveNeighbor’s right to moderate does not create an obligation to monitor every user, request, communication, relationship, or offline interaction. SaveNeighbor is not responsible for failing to discover conduct or information that was not reasonably known to it.

Users may not bypass, evade, or interfere with account restrictions, blocks, removals, or other enforcement measures.

22. Third-Party Services

SaveNeighbor may use or link to third-party services, including services for authentication, hosting, databases, email, push notifications, maps, analytics, security, customer support, restaurant ordering, and payments.

Third-party services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limitations, and eligibility requirements.

SaveNeighbor does not control and is not responsible for:

• third-party service availability;
• third-party content or accuracy;
• third-party security or privacy practices;
• restaurant ordering systems;
• maps and directions;
• payment services;
• communications delivered by outside providers; or
• transactions entered into through third-party services.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by your relationship with that provider.

23. Service Availability and Changes

SaveNeighbor is an early-stage service. Features may contain errors, change, become unavailable, be limited by location or account type, or operate differently as the Service develops.

SaveNeighbor may add, modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature or part of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.

SaveNeighbor does not guarantee that:

• the Service will always be available;
• a particular feature will continue;
• data will always be preserved;
• communications or notifications will always be delivered;
• a request will receive a response;
• a restaurant network will have an available helper; or
• an error will be corrected within a particular period.

Users should retain copies of information they reasonably need outside the Service.

24. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

SAVENeighbor DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

SAVENeighbor DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE:

• ANY USER’S IDENTITY, CONDUCT, QUALIFICATIONS, INSURANCE, LICENSING, OR SUITABILITY;
• THE LEGALITY, SAFETY, QUALITY, OR COMPLETION OF A REQUEST;
• THE ACCURACY OF USER, RESTAURANT, MENU, LOCATION, OR REQUEST INFORMATION;
• PAYMENT, REIMBURSEMENT, OR COMPENSATION BETWEEN USERS;
• THE QUALITY OR SAFETY OF FOOD, GOODS, OR SERVICES;
• THE PERFORMANCE OF RESTAURANTS OR THIRD PARTIES;
• THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; OR
• THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL MEET A USER’S EXPECTATIONS.

USE OF THE SERVICE AND PARTICIPATION IN USER-TO-USER ARRANGEMENTS ARE AT THE USER’S OWN RISK.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

25. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEneighbor AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUCCESSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEneighbor WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• USER CONDUCT OR USER-TO-USER INTERACTIONS;
• REQUESTS, DELIVERIES, ERRANDS, PICKUPS, OR OTHER UNDERLYING SERVICES;
• MOTOR-VEHICLE USE, ACCIDENTS, OR TRANSPORTATION CHOICES;
• PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY A USER OR THIRD PARTY;
• RESTAURANT ORDERS, FOOD, PREPARATION, DELAYS, OR MERCHANT CONDUCT;
• TIPS, PAYMENTS, REIMBURSEMENTS, OR PAYMENT DISPUTES;
• INACCURATE ADDRESSES, MAPS, DIRECTIONS, OR ROUTING;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT USE;
• USER CONTENT;
• THIRD-PARTY SERVICES; OR
• INTERRUPTION, ERROR, DATA LOSS, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEneighbor’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

1. THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO SAVEneighbor FOR USE OF THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
2. ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if SaveNeighbor has been advised that damages are possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

26. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaveNeighbor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and successors from claims, demands, investigations, proceedings, losses, liabilities, judgments, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or related to:

• your use or misuse of SaveNeighbor;
• a request you create, accept, perform, or participate in;
• a delivery, errand, pickup, transportation activity, or other underlying service you provide or receive;
• your relationship or arrangement with another user, restaurant, business, or third party;
• your User Content;
• your vehicle, equipment, property, or chosen method of transportation;
• your tip, payment, reimbursement, tax, or compensation arrangement;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law or regulatory requirements; or
• your violation of another person’s rights.

SaveNeighbor may assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate reasonably with that defense. You may not settle a claim in a manner that imposes liability, obligations, admissions, or restrictions on SaveNeighbor without SaveNeighbor’s written consent.

This section does not require indemnification to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

27. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought in a state or federal court located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small-claims court or seeking emergency injunctive relief where legally appropriate.

28. Changes to These Terms

SaveNeighbor may update these Terms as the Service, business, or applicable requirements change.

When SaveNeighbor makes material changes, it may provide notice through the Service, by email, by updating the effective date, or through another reasonable method.

Updated Terms become effective on the date stated in the updated version, subject to applicable law. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

29. General Terms

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular feature, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaveNeighbor concerning the Service.

Order of Terms. If additional terms for a particular feature conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control only for that feature and only to the extent of the conflict.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

No Waiver. SaveNeighbor’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce that or another provision later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without SaveNeighbor’s written consent. SaveNeighbor may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.

Section Headings. Headings are provided for convenience and do not control the interpretation of these Terms.

Survival. Provisions that by their nature should continue after account closure or termination—including provisions concerning ownership, user responsibility, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, disputes, and general terms—will survive.
